Balcony Repair – Ferny Creek
Becoming lost among the canopy of the Dandenong Ranges was a regular occurrence for Tim and Holly, whose rear-facing balcony overlooks a beautiful patch of wildlife. Morning coffees were greeted with chirping birds and the whistling breeze passing through the nearby gums. Evenings were spent taking in the vast vegetation and the stars peeking through the dense foliage. It’s truly a place to connect with nature.
When their beloved balcony began to creak and shift with age, Tim and Holly knew it was time to take action. That’s when we stepped in to refresh and reinvigorate this cherished area of their home.
While our goal was to preserve as much of the original balcony as possible, we quickly determined that completely replacing the subfloor was the safest and most effective solution. With all-new feature posts and the installation of a long-lasting, zero-maintenance EkoDeck, Tim and Holly can now enjoy countless more days immersed in the natural beauty surrounding their home in the hills.
